Founder
Art Bruno
Art founded E-Safe to bring decades of specialized public safety expertise to the local community. A U.S. Army veteran and retired federal civil servant, Art spent 37 years leading complex law enforcement, criminal intelligence, and strategic security operations across federal agencies and international domains. Through E-Safe, he applies that extensive operational background to keep local neighborhoods informed, resilient, and secure.
